Parents should enroll their children for not less than one full school year or for the balance of the current school year. An official school year extends from September to June of the following year. Near the end of the school year, each parent will receive a re-enrollment form; this form must be completed and returned before your child can enlist in the next term.
Tuition Rates
- $22.00/day 3-5 morning/weekly
- $30.00/day Monday - Friday
- $34.00/day 3-4 days/weekly
Sibling Discount 10 % (Second child or more)
Note: Children will not be accepted for less than three mornings a week.
Material Fees are assessed annually in September.
This fee is used to purchase arts/crafts supplies and new toys/games.

Procedures for Enrollment
(All forms must be received and complete. No child will be admitted without the completion of the following processes):
- Complete Application Form
• Read & Sign Meadowbrook's Written Agreement
• Pay a non-refundable $30.00 registration fee
• Pay 1st Months Tuition
• Submit a Health Examination Form (Physician Approved)
• Complete Emergency Information Card
• Complete Personal Information Form
• Complete First Aid Medication Permission Slip

Note: Your child will not automatically be enrolled for the following summer program or school year without this form.
The Meadowbrook Director also reserves the rights to expel a family for any of the following reasons:
Non-cooperation
Delinquency in Payment
Inability of a Child or Parent to adjust to the program
Withdraw/Schedule Change
After enrollment if you decide to permanently withdraw or change your child's schedule for any reason, a written notice is required two weeks prior to the last day that your child will be attending the center or changing their schedule dates.
Withdrawal or schedule changes for your child, without prior notification will result in you being charged for tuition for the two-week period. There will be NO temporary withdrawals or reserved slots for the following semester.
